We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Growth Prayer Center Ministries in Kenya led by Pastor Mary and our dear friend Joni. We are deeply thankful for our incredibly generous congregation, which has played a significant role in helping us support several children in Kenya through three full semesters of school. We firmly believe that education is absolutely vital in breaking the persistent cycle of poverty. It has the power to enhance individual lives and uplift their communities as these young individuals use their newly acquired skills to support others while simultaneously growing the kingdom of God. Our aim is to support these children not just financially, but also diligently through prayer, ensuring that they feel uplifted and encouraged throughout their educational journeys.
Thank you for continuing to partner with us in the support of these children financially and spiritually. You can give to this through E-Transfer and mention that the donation goes to Kenya Kids.
Since 2020, LCFI has partnered with Missions for LIFE, a Canadian Christian ministry led by Bernie Martin. After a 25-year career in healthcare, Bernie felt called to full-time ministry after a 2007 mission trip to Nicaragua with his son. This inspired him to create Missions for LIFE, which builds relationships to help communities in need. The organization is dedicated to advancing the Christian faith and improving the quality of life in developing nations through preaching, supporting missionaries, and practical projects like repairing schools, hospitals, churches, and homes. Missions for LIFE collaborates with local ministries to ensure the community's needs are prioritized. Based in Corunna, Ontario, it is a registered charity dedicated to faith-based service, focusing on leadership training, children's sports camps, and providing food baskets to widows and families, especially in Nicaragua and Bolivia.

Safe Families Canada focuses on creating extended family-like supports for desperate families through a community of devoted volunteers motivated by compassionate faith. Their goal is to keep children safe and families intact by providing temporary hosting of children, mentoring, and support to parents facing challenges such as health issues, addictions, homelessness, and isolation.
The organization emphasizes radical hospitality, disruptive generosity, and intentional compassion, aiming to build a network of caring and compassionate volunteers to support families facing social isolation. By partnering with local churches and community organizations, Safe Families seeks to create a world where children are safe and families are transformed through radically compassionate communities.
Safe Families Canada launched its second Chapter in July 2017. The London Chapter has been able to walk with and serve families through a variety of circumstances including health, addictions, homelessness, and isolation. We have also been able to work with a number of provincial and private agencies, the LHSC and others, to serve families in crisis.
